After the call
We send a short written summary of what we discussed and the step we recommend, with a written proposal if there is a fit.
If it is a fit
We propose a starting point, usually AI Setup or a scoped build such as a website, an app or Practice Reporting, with the scope and price set out in writing. Once it is live, a monthly Run service keeps it secure and working.

Is the discovery call really free?
Yes. The discovery call is free, takes 45 minutes and does not commit you to anything. We use it to understand your systems, your data and the work that takes up your team's time, then tell you plainly whether we can help. If we are not the right fit, we will say so on the call.
What should we prepare for the call?
Nothing formal. It helps to know which systems you run, such as Microsoft 365, Xero Practice Manager or LEAP, which task costs your team the most time, what you want from a new website or app, and any rules about where client data can go. If data location is a concern, our security and data residency page answers the usual questions first.

We use them to reply to your enquiry and arrange the discovery call. The form is processed by our website host, Vercel, in its Sydney region, then forwarded to the tools we use to manage enquiries. We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and arrange the call, and sending an enquiry does not sign you up to marketing.
