Questions
No. Every knowledge-base article and glossary definition is free to read, with no sign-up and no email address required. Only the downloadable templates on the resources page ask for your name, firm and email. The guides are written for partners and practice managers, and each one links to the related service if you want help putting it into practice.
Every article is re-reviewed each quarter and shows a "last reviewed" date. The date changes only when someone has genuinely checked the content, so it tells you when the details about tools, plans and privacy guidance were last confirmed. AI products change often, so check the date before relying on a specific feature or price.
