Your website is your business's front door, so Website Care treats it like any other business system. Every account that can change the site uses multi-factor authentication, and only people you approve can make changes.

How much does a website care plan cost?
Website Care is a monthly subscription with set levels, and we confirm the price in writing after the free discovery call. Levels differ in how much editing time and AI-visibility monitoring each month includes. Hosting, security, updates and monitoring are part of the plan, so there is no separate hosting bill to manage. Larger changes, such as new page templates, are quoted before work starts.
Where is our website hosted?
Website Care sites, including the enquiries submitted through your forms, are stored in fully GDPR-compliant data centres, so you can answer the question for clients, insurers or your own leadership team with confidence. Access is limited to the people who need it, and our security and data residency page explains who can access the site and its data.
What does AI-visibility monitoring involve?
Each month we ask ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Mode an agreed set of questions your customers might ask, and record whether your business is named or cited and which competitors are. We also check that search and AI crawlers can still reach the site, because some CDNs, such as Cloudflare, now block AI crawlers by default on new sites. AI answers vary between runs, so we report trends, not single results.
Will Website Care get us into ChatGPT answers?
No one can promise that. AI assistants choose their own sources, and their answers change between runs. Website Care keeps the conditions right: crawlers allowed, pages fast and current, structured data accurate, and content that answers the questions customers ask. What counts as a small edit?
A small edit changes existing content: updating text, swapping an image, adding a staff profile, publishing an article you have written or adjusting a page's FAQs. New page templates, new features and integrations are scoped and quoted separately. Your level includes a monthly edit allowance, and anything beyond it is quoted before work starts.
Can you look after a website you didn't build?
Website Care is designed for sites Pylon Digital builds, because we know how they are made, hosted and secured. For a site built elsewhere, we review it first and tell you whether it can move onto Website Care as it is, or what would need to change. If your current site is slow, hard to edit or missing from search results, a rebuild through Websites is usually the cleaner path.
